Mr. Vadim Enikeev, 38, is currently the president of Alfa Investment Fund. Prior to this he was the president of Alfa International, a business consulting firm which he founded in 1995. During Operation Desert Shield, he served in United States Army and was decorated as a combat veteran.
From 1998 through 2001, he was the president of the Russian construction company Rosstroikontrakt Ltd. In 1997, Dmitry was elected president of the international exporting company Ardi Ltd. of which he resigned in 2003. Mr. Enikeev founded the charitable organization, Dega International in 1999 in an effort to aid impoverished people worldwide.
He earned his BA and Masters Degree from Columbia State University. Mr. Enikeev also has a PhD in Philosophy.
Mr. Richard Lloyd, age 32, is presently the CEO of Alfa Investment Fund, a business consulting company located in Orlando, Florida. During Operation Iraqi Freedom he served in the United States Army as a Ranger. He is a member of numerous International Honors Societies and charitable organizations. He is currently a board member of the Citrus Club which is an affiliate of Clubcorp with over 16,000 employees and two billion in revenues worldwide.
Mr. Lloyd's education includes Management Information Systems, manufacturing technologies and Economics, with attendance at the University of Maryland, University of Central Florida and the University of Berkley. Richard received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Berkley.
Mr. Nikolay Uraev, 52, is the president of Kontakt Ltd., located in Kazan, Russia. In 1998, he founded Alfa Ltd., a chemical and energy corporation located in Russia. From 1992 until 1998 he worked as CEO for Heshma Ltd, an oil & gas processing company. In 1991, Mr. Uraev was the Director of the engineering Division for MP MIG, a construction company. In 1984, Mr. Uraev became the CFO of KPOPAT-5, a Transportation company located in Russia. Prior he was the senior engineer TEC-3 an Energy production company. Nikolay was the first deputy of Rosoboronexport in Tatarstan, which is one of the largest companies in Russia.
He received his Masters degree in Energy & Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Energy in 1981. He was the chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Tatarstan, Russian.
Mr. James Cohen, 69, is the Principal of Boca Developers. Formed in 1992, Boca Developers had a portfolio of over 16,000 new residences from Daytona Beach to the Florida Keys, and estimated sales of over $10 billion. In the process, Boca Developers became the most prolific privately‐held developer of unique waterview communities along Florida’s eastern seaboard.
Cohen began his entrepreneurial career following his military service in Korea. He entered his family’s business, Weatherbee Coats, a 75‐year‐old national clothing manufacturer, and eventually became the sole owner. Cohen has had numerous profitable endeavors including the founding of Kassko, Inc., a venture capital company dedicated to funding and managing new and emerging technology business ventures. One of Kassko’s earliest successes was its investment in the start‐up of Genetics Institute, a worldwide leader in the field of recombinant DNA research. This company was taken public in 1986 and later acquired by American Home Products for one billion US dollars. Humatech, a cosmetic manufacturing company, was founded in the early 90’s and was profitably sold to a public entity four years later. Kassko was also the founding investor in Thinking Machines Corporation which grew to become the worldwide leader in the super computer technology of parallel processing.
In 1986, Cohen formed Kassko Resort, Inc., the leading investor of Erie Island Resort and Marina, a community located on Lake Erie. Still ongoing, this property built on 500 acres has become one of the largest projects of its type in the Northeast. Mr. Cohen’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science at the Citadel Military College and graduate studies at New York University and Fashion Institute of Technology also in New York.
Mr. Michael Paige, 67, is the company’s corporate counsel for certain U.S. corporate and securities matters as Counsel to Jackson & Campbell, P.C., a Washington, D.C. law firm. Mr. Paige graduated from Harvard College in 1963, and received his LL.B. from the University Of Virginia School Of Law in 1967.
He started his law practice in New York City in 1968, specializing in corporate and securities law, and from 1974 to 1979, he was in the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy and predecessor agencies. One of Washington, D.C’s oldest firms, Jackson & Campbell combines a sophisticated national practice with a well-established general practice at the local and Federal levels.

Mr. John Pierce, 64, is the company’s corporate counsel for certain Florida corporate matters. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Corporations/Securities Committee of the Florida Bar and the Central Florida Real Estate Council.
Mr. Pierce was a pilot in the United States Army during a period of active duty from 1959 to 1962. He is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker. His firm handles all Real Estate transactions of any type. His major areas of practice include Real property, Condemnation, Business, Corporate, Securities, Wills & Trusts and Litigation.
John graduated from the University of Florida in 1959 with a degree in chemical engineering with Honors: Summa Cum Laude and Honors: Order of the Coif. He attended the University of Florida in 1959 and he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with honors from the University Of Florida College Of Law in 1965.
Dr. Voss, 71, is Chairman of ATA, a company he founded over three decades ago which conducts various businesses from solar energy to placement services in China and in Europe,
He also has served in higher education as a three time college and university president: in the 1970s, at Tusculum College; in the 1980s, at the University of Charleston; and from 2001 to 2004 at SUNY Rockland College.
Dr. Voss was a Fulbright professor at in Europe and served two terms as the Chairman of the National Conference of Colleges. Before he started his career in university administration and business development he received the following degrees: an A.B. in Classics and Philosophy from St. Francis College; an A.M. in European Literature and History from Marquette University and a Ph.D. in American Literature and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a minor in Modern Philosophy at the University of Paris. He has received four honorary degrees: a D.H.L. from Tusculum College; a LL.D. from Mercy College in New York and a LL.D. from the University of Charleston; and a PhD from Beijing University College. Rockland College gave him the Award of Merit for his services in 2004. He is the author of nine books and various published articles including a multi-volume edition on William Cullen Bryant.
He has received The Education Friendship Award and the Award of Merit from the Peoples Republic of China. He was also the recipient of four NHPC grants and four other scholarly grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Mrs. Rosalia Kuhn, 47, is presently the accounting and economic consultant for various European corporations. Prior to this she was an accountant for Dvigatel Montaz located in Omsk, Russia from 1984 until 1990.
For six years, Rosalia was the chief accountant for EHP "Globa" in Russia. Her education includes the Finance-Economy Stroi Bank College in Russia from 1982 through 1984. She graduated from the Russian Finance Economy Institute and received her BA in Accounting in 1992 and from the Bielefeld Institute of management located in Germany in 1998.
Mr. Viktor Schilling, 41, is currently the president and founder of Kuechen-Schilling, Gmbh, a leading design and installation company in Germany. He is effective at establishing operations, galvanizing sales and taking sizeable portions of territory away from very large players.
While in manufacturing, he has negotiated large and long term variable material contracts involving perpetual inventory controls and outsourcing programs while maintaining safety, security and quality of product. He is experienced at reducing overhead, increasing profitability, implementing strategic plans.
Mr. Markus Rademacher, 40, has multinational corporate experience in both the UK and Africa and is the author of the book, “The Mendieta Principle,” which expounds upon the theoretical knowledge of business administration and emphasizes the importance of marketing and human resources. He possesses extensive experience providing practical HR solutions based not only on sound theoretical expertise but the knowledge from experience as well.
For four years Markus studied economics at the Mercator University of Duisburg in Germany. His studies specialized in Management, Marketing and German tax law. In 1999, Markus received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Economics.
Mr. Nikolay Lobachev, 27, graduated from Moscow State Open University in Russia with a Bachelors Degree in Law. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Royal Style Design. He became one of the three original founding shareholders of Royal Style Design in July 2006, he acted as the Chief Executive Officer from that time to December 17, 2009. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Royal Style Design on that date. Prior thereto, from March 2005 to July 2006, he operated an installation and remodeling business in the Orlando area. From August 2004 to March 2005 Mr. Lobachev worked as a manager for Daynova LLC, a construction company located in Orlando, Florida. Prior to that Mr. Lobachev was a consultant for Garant Ltd., a legal advice office in Moscow, Russia from June 2001 to May 2003. He is also bilingual, speaking fluent Russian and English.
Madsen & Associates was founded in 1987 and has operated a full service CPA firm since inception. The founders, Ted Madsen and David Madsen are both Members of the AICPA and UACPA. Ted previously worked for Ernst & Ernst CPA's as a Staff Accountant Supervisor and David was the Vice President of Auditing for GE Consumer Finance as well as a CPA Manager for Ernst & Young. Mr. Gerald Goodman, an additional member of the firm has extensive experience in public accounting, providing audit, tax and management advisory services to clients.
Mr. Goodman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1970. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Gerald was a partner in the Certified Public Accounting firm of Wiener, Goodman & Company, P.C., from 1984 until 2009.
